About Santhi
I am Santhi Priya, a fluent and native Tamil speaker and educator with 10+ years of experience across international schools and large-scale academic coaching.
I have taught in IB international schools and trained 250+ teachers across 30+ schools. That experience gives me something most tutors do not have, I understand not just the subject but the science of how people learn it. I know where students get stuck, why they lose confidence and exactly what it takes to get them moving forward again.
I am IB PYP certified, Jolly Phonics trained owing to which every lesson I deliver is structured around phonics, neuropedagogy, and inquiry-based methods which are approaches that build real and lasting understanding rather than surface-level memorization.
I teach young children building their first language foundation, school students working on grammar, writing and comprehension and adults who want to speak Tamil with confidence in real life.
Every student gets a personalized plan from the very first session because no two learners are the same and your lessons should and will reflect that.
