As an experienced nursing faculty member, I am deeply passionate about mentoring students. I believe the role of a mentor is vital in guiding students not only through academic content but also in shaping their professional values and understanding of personal needs. My approach focuses on making complex nursing subjects accessible and easy to study, fostering a supportive learning environment that encourages inquiry and confidence. I am dedicated to moulding students into reliable ready reckoners—equipped with the skills and knowledge to independently address their educational challenges, prepare high-quality assignments, and excel in summative examinations.
