Hello! My name is Wencee, and I am a dedicated, professional online English tutor with over 8 years of experience teaching ESL to young learners and beginners worldwide. Teaching Approach & Methods:
I specialize in using Total Physical Response (TPR), dynamic visual aids, ManyCam digital props, and positive reinforcement to keep lessons interactive and multi-sensory. My priority is creating a supportive environment where students feel confident making mistakes, speaking up, and expressing themselves in English.
Structure of a Typical 25-to-50 Minute Lesson:
Warm-Up & Rapport Building (5 mins): Fun icebreaker activity or casual conversation to build comfort.
Core Instruction & Concept Introduction (10–15 mins): Interactive vocabulary, phonics, grammar, or reading practice introduced using visual props.
Guided Practice & Communication (10–15 mins): Role-playing, structured dialogue, and targeted error correction with positive modeling.
Wrap-Up & Feedback (5 mins): Reviewing key takeaways, celebrating student effort with digital rewards, and setting clear goals for next time.
