About Prerna

Hello! I’m Prerna, an M.Sc. Forensic Science graduate and an experienced tutor with 6 months of teaching experience. I am passionate about helping school students understand concepts clearly and develop confidence in their studies.

I believe a good teacher should be patient, approachable, and willing to adapt to every student’s learning style. My classes are interactive and focused on understanding concepts rather than simply memorizing answers. I use simple explanations, real-life examples, practice questions, and regular revision to make learning easier and more engaging.

I teach students from Classes 1–8 in Math, Science, English, Social Science, and Hindi. I also provide support with homework, exam preparation, revision, and strengthening fundamental concepts.

As a teacher, my aim is not only to improve academic performance but also to help students become more confident, curious, and independent learners. I create a comfortable learning environment where students can ask questions freely and learn at their own pace.

About the lesson

My approach as a teacher is student-centered, interactive, and focused on building strong conceptual understanding. I believe students learn best when they feel comfortable asking questions and are encouraged to participate.

I usually begin a class by briefly revising the previous topic and checking the student’s understanding. I then introduce the new concept using simple explanations, relatable examples, diagrams, and questions. The class ends with guided practice, doubt-solving, and a short recap to reinforce learning.

My special feature as a teacher is my ability to simplify difficult concepts and adapt my pace and teaching style according to each student’s needs. I focus on understanding rather than rote memorization and encourage students to think independently.

My classes are intended primarily for school students from Classes 1–8, covering Math, Science, English, Social Science, and Hindi. I also provide support with homework, revision, school examinations, and strengthening basic concepts.

My goal is to make learning less stressful and more engaging while helping students become confident, independent learners.
