I am a passionate and experienced yoga instructor dedicated to helping people live a healthier and stress-free life. With my deep knowledge of traditional Hatha and dynamic Vinyasa yoga, I specialize in guiding beginners through their fitness journeys safely. My teaching style is patient, encouraging, and highly focused on correct body alignment and breathing techniques. I believe that yoga is for every body type, and I am committed to creating a comfortable online space where my students can build strength, improve flexibility, and achieve their personal wellness goals.

My online yoga lessons are specially designed for beginners who want to start their fitness journey from home. I teach traditional Hatha Yoga for balance and dynamic Vinyasa Yoga to improve body flexibility. Each 1-on-1 personal session focuses on correct breathing techniques, step-by-step posture alignment, and stress relief. You do not need any prior yoga experience to join my classes. I customize every routine according to your individual fitness goals, body type, and stamina

Details
My hourly fee includes personalized 1-on-1 yoga instruction tailored to your fitness goals. There are no hidden charges. As my student, you will receive a customized daily home practice plan, breathing exercise guides, and helpful dietary tips after our sessions. Since all classes are held completely online via Zoom or Google Meet, there is no extra cost for classroom booking. I also offer special discounted packages if you book 5 or 10 hours of classes together in advance
