About Luis Angel
My name is Ángel, and I'm passionate about physical education and currently venturing into the world of personal training. So far, I've primarily applied my knowledge to myself, achieving results that inspire me to share them with others. My greatest motivation in this field is to contribute to the development of a healthier and more active society, convinced that exercise transforms bodies, habits, and communities, generating a positive and lasting impact on quality of life.
