About Ng
I am a PhD-trained Science tutor with experience teaching KS3 students from Year 7 to Year 9. I enjoy helping students turn difficult Science topics into concepts that are simple, logical, and easier to remember. My teaching approach is patient, interactive, and adapted to each student’s learning pace. I believe students learn best when they understand why something happens, rather than simply memorizing answers. My goal is to build strong scientific foundations, confidence, curiosity, and independent problem-solving skills that students can carry into their future studies.

I am an experienced Science tutor with a PhD background, specialising in KS3 Science for Year 7 to Year 9 students in Kuala Lumpur. My lessons focus on helping students truly understand scientific concepts rather than simply memorising facts. I use clear explanations, real-life examples, diagrams, and exam-style questions to make difficult topics easier to understand. Lessons are adapted to each student’s learning pace, weaknesses, and school syllabus, with the aim of building confidence, strengthening foundations, and improving academic performance.
