I believe in active learning, where students actively engage in the learning process. To foster critical thinking, I encourage open discussions, ask thought-provoking questions, and present real-life scenarios that require analytical thinking. I also provide practical examples and encourage students to apply concepts in real-world situations.
To motivate students, I create a positive and encouraging learning environment where they feel safe to express their ideas and ask questions. I often use multimedia resources, hands-on activities, and real-world examples to make lessons engaging and relatable.
