I am a dedicated and patient piano teacher who believes that music should be both enjoyable and rewarding to learn. I take a personalized approach to every student, adapting my lessons to their age, ability, learning style, and musical goals.
I create a friendly and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and developing their skills at their own pace. Whether you are a complete beginner learning your first notes or an intermediate student looking to strengthen your technique, I structure each lesson around steady and meaningful progress.
My teaching focuses on building strong fundamentals, including piano technique, rhythm, music reading, scales, chords, and musical expression, while also making time for songs and pieces that students genuinely enjoy playing.
I am organized, reliable, and committed to providing well-prepared lessons. Most importantly, I want every student to finish each class feeling more confident than when they started.

# My Approach to Piano Teaching
I believe learning piano should be enjoyable, structured, and adapted to each student’s individual pace. My goal is not simply to teach students how to play notes, but to help them develop confidence, musical understanding, proper technique, and a genuine enjoyment of music.
**My Teaching Methodology**
I begin by understanding the student’s current level, musical interests, goals, and learning style. I then create lessons around those needs rather than following exactly the same approach for every student.
My lessons combine:
* Piano fundamentals and correct hand and finger technique
* Reading musical notation and understanding rhythm
* Scales, chords, exercises, and technical development
* Learning songs that match the student’s level and interests
* Ear training and basic musical interpretation
* Practice techniques to help students improve efficiently
* Gradual development of confidence, expression, and performance skills
For younger learners, I use a more interactive and encouraging approach, combining structured exercises with enjoyable pieces and activities. For teenagers and adults, I can place greater emphasis on repertoire, technique, music theory, sight-reading, or specific musical goals.
**Lesson Duration**
A typical lesson is **45–60 minutes**, depending on the student’s age, level, and learning objectives. For younger beginners, shorter lessons can also be arranged when appropriate.
**Qualifications and Experience**
I bring an academic and research-oriented approach to teaching, with strong communication, organization, and mentoring skills. I focus on creating a supportive learning environment where students can ask questions, learn from mistakes, and progress consistently.
