About Ernest
Rhythm, timing, and music theory form the bedrock of my instruction. After 13 years of teaching, I help pupils master pedaling, pop styles, dynamics, and sight reading. My background includes preparing students for ABRSM and Trinity exams while teaching complex chord voicing and classical repertoire.
These components ensure that high schoolers aiming for NCEA Levels 1 to 3 or University Entrance develop a robust foundation. I focus on steady progress and genuine enjoyment for every student I guide through these technical demands.
