About Rebecca
I have taught in a Primary School for 3 years and also have a variety of experience outside of the classroom working with children of all ages. I am now a specialist teacher in a High COIN centre attached to a mainstream school where I teach children of varying ages who have speech and language difficulties and ASD. Teaching is my passion and what I have always wanted to do which I believe shows in my class room everyday and what I hope would show through in my tutoring sessions too. I am calm and patient and take my time to adapt my practice to the needs of the child I am teaching to allow them to enhance their skills and build their confidence.

Having taught children with a range of needs in my mainstream classroom and now working as a specialist teacher for children with Autism, I am able to tailor my lessons to the needs of the child. The lessons would be based around the skills they need to develop to allow them to feel confident in tackling new concepts and practice the ones they find tricky.
