About Piyali
I am an engineer by degree but a coach by profession. I have been a Teach For India fellow and a program manager. I have coached at a career level for higher studies, career planning, early-stage culture building, organizational development, and pitching level.

I do NOT believe in lecturing. The entire methodology is to hear the person's current situation, to deeply question that builds self awareness and clarity. A lot of lecture is based on understanding self and others.
Students can range of early career starters to mid level professional to early stage start up CEOs. I have coached from age 21-60
