Hi! I’m Shreya, a dedicated educator with a unique blend of corporate experience and a passion for teaching. My journey as a teacher began with a desire to make Math accessible and enjoyable for everyone, especially for those who find the subject intimidating.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of helping students overcome their fear of Math and transform their outlook on the subject. I specialize in breaking down complex concepts into simple, relatable ideas, ensuring every student feels confident and empowered.

Why I Share My Knowledge
I understand what it feels like to struggle with Math because I was once in your shoes. As a student, I was afraid of Math and often found myself overwhelmed, with poor scores to show for it. But one day, I made a decision—to stop seeing Math as my enemy and start treating it as a friend. That simple mindset shift changed everything. Suddenly, the subject that once seemed impossible became clear and approachable.

This transformation inspired me to help others experience the same. I want you to know that no matter how tough Math may seem right now, you can overcome it. My mission is to guide you on this journey, to help you build a friendship with Math, and to make it feel as easy and rewarding for you as it eventually became for me.

My Approach as a Teacher:

As a passionate educator with a corporate background, I focus on making Math approachable and relatable, especially for students who feel intimidated by the subject. My goal is to help learners build confidence and develop a deeper understanding of mathematical concepts.

• Simplified Concepts: I break down complex topics into smaller, easily digestible parts.
• Interactive Learning: My sessions include practical examples, problem-solving exercises, and real-world applications to make learning engaging.
• Personalized Approach: I adapt my teaching methods based on each student’s pace, strengths, and areas for improvement.
• Positive Reinforcement: I encourage a growth mindset by celebrating small achievements and addressing challenges with patience.

2. Usual Structure of a Class:
• Introduction (5–10 minutes): I start by revisiting prior lessons and setting clear objectives for the session.
• Core Lesson (20-30 minutes): I explain the topic using visual aids, examples, and interactive discussions.
• Practice and Problem-Solving (15–20 minutes): Students solve problems with my guidance, fostering independent thinking.
• Q&A and Recap (10–15 minutes): I address doubts, summarize key takeaways, and assign practice tasks for reinforcement.
