About Sunelle
Hello! My name is Sunelle, and I am a qualified English tutor with a Bachelor's Degree in Interior Architecture and a 120-hour TEFL certificate. I am passionate about helping students develop their English skills in a positive, supportive, and encouraging learning environment.
Although I am beginning my online English teaching journey, I bring over nine years of professional experience in management, administration, and client communication. These roles have strengthened my communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills, allowing me to explain concepts clearly, adapt to different learning styles, and build positive relationships with people from diverse backgrounds.
I believe every student learns differently, so I tailor my lessons to suit each individual's goals, learning pace, and confidence level. Whether you want to improve your conversational English, pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, or overall communication skills, I will provide patient guidance and constructive feedback to help you succeed.
My lessons are engaging, interactive, and designed to help you feel comfortable using English in real-life situations. I strive to create a relaxed atmosphere where students feel confident asking questions, making mistakes, and celebrating their progress.
I am fluent in English and Afrikaans and enjoy working with children, teenagers, and adults from different cultures and backgrounds.

Hello! My name is Sunelle, and I am a qualified English tutor with a Bachelor's Degree and a 120-hour TEFL certificate. I am passionate about helping students build confidence and achieve their English language goals in a friendly, supportive, and encouraging environment.
My teaching approach is student-centred, interactive, and tailored to each learner's individual needs. I believe students learn best when they feel comfortable, motivated, and actively involved in the lesson. I use clear explanations, guided practice, visual aids, real-life examples, and plenty of positive encouragement to make learning both enjoyable and effective. My goal is to help students improve their speaking, listening, reading, pronunciation, vocabulary, and grammar while developing the confidence to communicate naturally in English.
I am fluent in English and Afrikaans, which allows me to support Afrikaans-speaking beginners when needed while maintaining an English-focused learning environment.
A typical lesson begins with a friendly conversation or warm-up activity, followed by structured learning based on the student's goals. Whether we are working on conversation practice, grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary, reading comprehension, or exam preparation, every lesson includes opportunities to practise, ask questions, and receive constructive feedback. I adapt the pace and teaching style to suit each student's learning preferences.
My lessons are suitable for children, teenagers, and adults at beginner, elementary, intermediate, and upper-intermediate levels. I welcome students who are learning English for school, work, travel, relocation, or everyday communication. I strive to create a positive classroom atmosphere where students feel comfortable making mistakes, asking questions, and celebrating their progress.
