About Yogkanchan
I always had my interest in fitness field , I never had the thought that one day I will be a yoga instructor however my interest in fitness field and curosity about yoga took me from the MNC life to the life I am living now.In 2017 I started my journey did various certifications in yoga and then finally did full time diploma in Yoga science from MDNIY and YIC from Svyasa Bangalore ,cleared the QCI exam and also got certification from World Yoga Organisation as a "Certified Prenatal yoga teacher".

Along with normal health session ,I also take therapy yoga classes.the basic design of my classes is I always start with subtle practices and thwn move to the grosser one followed by shatkarma Pranayama and meditation.Apart from this I take weekly feedbacks from clients and design further sessions based on that.
