About Sonit
Through my 8+ years of teaching experience, I have developed unique teaching methods that focus heavily on critical thinking, inquiry-based learning, and hands-on or experience-based education. I have taught students of all backgrounds: tribal, Dalit, rural, urban, underprivileged, affluent, etc., which has made me quite a flexible and adaptable teacher. I am familiar with Maharashtra state board (SSC), CBSE, NCERT, ICSE, International Baccalaureate, AP, GCSE, and IGCSE curriculums. Basically, when I teach students, my method is to "teach them how to fish" rather than "feed them fish". It means that I make students think and come up with logic on their own, instead of just teaching basic concepts right away. While this method sounds very unfamiliar to most people initially, it is highly effective in the long run. Within a month or two, my students get significantly capable of learning on their own, they start experiencing curiosity and interest in education, and also become confident enough to explore beyond their standard school curriculum.
