Ms Galina and I worked together as science teachers, and I always admired her dedication to her students. She continually trialled different teaching approaches with her classes until she found what worked best for each individual group. She genuinely cares about her students and consistently goes above and beyond to support their learning. I particularly remember when she lost her voice due to a sore throat—rather than letting her students miss out, she brought a microphone and speakers into school so she could continue teaching! Her commitment, resilience and passion for her students are truly inspiring.
