As a Science tutor, I focus on creating a clear, engaging, and student-centered learning environment. My teaching approach is tailored to suit each student’s learning style and academic needs. I believe in breaking down complex scientific concepts into simple, relatable ideas using real-life examples, visual aids, and interactive discussions.
I often use a mix of methods including:
1. Concept mapping to help students visualize key ideas
2. Hands-on activities and experiments (where applicable)
3. Practice questions and past papers for exam preparation
4. Regular feedback and progress tracking to build confidence and independence
Each lesson typically lasts 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on the student’s focus level and schedule. This allows enough time for concept explanation, practice, and review.
I have over 3 years of experience tutoring both primary and secondary students (ages 7 to 17). I have worked with students of different learning levels, from those needing academic support to high-achievers aiming to excel.
