About Veryan
I have had the benefit of learning from some of the most gifted, kind and experienced Cellists. The way that my love for the instrument was so caringly kindled has pushed me on a similar path and sharing all aspects of Cello technique and musicality has become my life's purpose. I love this instrument and since childhood my relationship with the Cello has been my life.

I have studied under some of the best British and European Cellists of recent generations and performed throughout Europe during my 20 years of playing the Cello. I am now passing what I have learned on to you. I am a Cello performance graduate from both the Guildhall School and the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire, I also attended the Purcell School of music at age 14. I have studied with Cellists such as Ioan Davies, Kathryn Price, Louise Hopkins, and Timothy Lowe. I have since taught in private schools in the UK and privately also. I am currently establishing an in-person Cello class in Leamington Spa, with which my class and I will perform concerts. I can teach Cellists of all levels and I have plenty of experience establishing beginner Cellists with a foundation of efficient technique and sensitive musicality.
