About Natasha
I have been a PE teacher for 12yrs teaching Sport and fitness to all ages and A level PE. I have experience as a personal trainer within a gym environment and 1-2-1 sessions with clients outside.
I specialise in nutrition and fat loss methods as well as anatomy and physiology up to and including A Level standard.

In my experience each student has a specific way of learning. I seem to have a talent for finding that niche and using it to make information stick.
