About Amber
Hello! My name is Amber, and I am a special education teacher with classroom experience working with students of diverse learning needs and abilities. I am passionate about helping students build confidence and achieve their academic goals through patient, individualized instruction.
I specialize in elementary education, reading, literacy development, and study skills. I understand that every student learns differently, so I tailor lessons to match each learner's strengths, challenges, and pace.
Whether your child needs extra support with reading, homework help, test preparation, or building foundational academic skills, I strive to create a positive and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes as they learn.
My goal is not only to improve grades and skills but also to help students become confident, independent learners. I look forward to helping your student succeed!

My lessons are tailored to each student's individual needs, learning style, and goals. I believe that students learn best when they feel supported and engaged, so I create a positive, encouraging environment where questions are always welcome.
I use a variety of teaching strategies, including direct instruction, guided practice, hands-on activities, and interactive learning tools. As a special education teacher, I have experience adapting lessons to meet diverse learning needs and helping students build confidence in their abilities.
I can assist with reading, literacy skills, phonics, comprehension, writing, homework support, study skills, and elementary academic subjects. Whether a student needs help catching up, staying on track, or getting ahead, I work at their pace to help them achieve success.
Lessons are organized, goal-oriented, and designed to make learning both effective and enjoyable. Regular feedback is provided so students and parents can track progress and celebrate growth.
