About Renaldy

As I was growing up, It never crossed my mind of becoming an English Teacher, let alone being involved in Education. But my life journey has brought me here I spent 4 years of my life in Australia to study and work where I got the opportunity to take part in different voluntary activities. From being a Salvation Army volunteer in cleaning up the mess from Queensland floods, helping elderly people at nursing home to cooking in a non-profit organization like Lentil as Anything made me realize the joy of helping others. I feel that it is my mission in life to help people, especially youth and people needing guidance through Education in general, the English language to be more specific. There are few things more satisfying than helping my students study abroad, having them more open-minded thinking and enjoyment of learning. I feel that our way of teaching in Indonesia is outdated, so I would like to bring in the 21st-century way of teaching to deal with the 21st-century problems

About the lesson

My teaching method is student-oriented so it depends on the requests and needs of students. This is because everyone has different learning abilities for different media, so the teaching method always optimizes the five existing senses. For example, students with musical intelligence will have a better response to sound so that subject matter can include songs or verbal explanations Students with interpersonal intelligence will have a good response when they talk and discuss more with both the teacher and other students. Students with artistic intelligence tend to have an interest in visual subject matter. Being a good teacher requires 'resourceful' abilities, which is to teach in various ways with the main goal of improving the development of abilities
