About Sharone

With 30 years of teaching experience, I’ve dedicated my career to helping students succeed academically while growing personally and socially. I believe that being an educator is about more than delivering lessons—it’s about building trust, fostering relationships, and supporting each student’s unique journey. I focus on the individual needs of each student, believing every child has the potential to succeed. Whether through differentiated instruction or one-on-one support, I strive to create an environment where students feel empowered to reach their full potential. I also prioritize developing critical thinking, resilience, and emotional intelligence, skills that will serve them beyond the classroom. Building strong, trusting relationships with both students and parents is central to my teaching philosophy. I prioritize communication with families, keeping them involved in their child’s education through regular updates and open dialogue. Creating a supportive partnership enhances the learning experience for all. I aim to create a positive, inclusive environment where students feel safe to take risks and engage in creative thinking. I continually adapt my teaching methods and integrate technology to enhance learning. This commitment to growth and innovation ensures I meet the evolving needs of my students.

About the lesson

As an educator, my primary focus is on fostering an environment where each student can thrive. I firmly believe that every student has unique strengths and areas for growth, and my teaching approach is designed to meet those individual needs.

One of the cornerstones of my teaching method is one-on-one specialized lessons. By tailoring instruction to each student’s specific learning style, interests, and abilities, I am able to provide a more personalized and effective learning experience. These individual sessions allow for real-time feedback, ensuring that students stay engaged and make consistent progress.
