About Patricia
My name is Patricia and I’m a lover of language. I’m a people person and I love helping others benefit themselves by working with them to achieve the goal of conversation in ASL . My family has a background in the language and culture. It’s been 40+ years that I’ve been immersed with the Deaf & Hearing Impaired. I’m passionate about signing and I feel we’re always learning as long as we have an open mind to try. My excitement is contagious I’ve been told and I look forward to sharing that enthusiasm with you as I’ve done with many others. I love to teach especially when there’s real interest and a readiness to dive in!
Knoxville University is where I attended for ASL. I’ve worked with IBM SSI DFAC USPS along with several other established companies corporations & agencies.
I taught my children and grandchildren and I still love the language.
Im a fan of progress so I like to include attendance at Silent Functions , Miming & No talking Slots. A certificate is given when my students reach each Tier of achievement. You’ll be having conversations with the Deaf in no time at all!!
