About Ralph

Teaching players the basic skills for the game. Focusing on fundamentals, technical apects from hand eye coordination, agility, and drills pertinent to your position. Also, having fun while learning and working hard to improve and excell.

I have over 30 years of coaching kids from 7 yrs old to High School players. I love to see the improvement and progress they make and usually follow them and continue to work with them well into H.S age. Of course to see the success they have is great but also I use the coaching time to always help them improve in thier social and personal growth as a mentor and positive influence in their life. That is most important. Being a player that made it to the minor leagues I understand what it takes to get to the top level and the practice and preperation it takes, as well as how many thing can get in the way.

Became High School Freshman Basketball and J.V Baseball coach after playing Minor League baseball with the Cincinnati Reds. I then started the Police Athletic League Program in East Cleveland P.D, coaching football and basketball. Later coaching baseball Little league.. Started personal training for adults in group or individual sessions.

I have coached baseball, basketball, and football at the youth level and Baseball and basketball at the High School level. Played College baeball and basketball and Minor League Baseball. Also, Certified in Personal training and over 30 years of experience working with coaching youth sports and other youth programs..

About the lesson

Understanding the age, level, of the student is most important. Knowing expectations and what the student wants to do. Focus on progression and learning ability of the student as well as how muchdesire they have to improve.

High School age as well as 5-14 yr old kids. Caoched over 25 years.

Be certain you are ready to work at a different level to improve your performance. Make sure you have the right attitude that you are going to work hard and that you really want to learn and give the effort needed to improve. Also, its important that the student is the one who wants this not the parent or anone else.

Our 2003 East Cleveland Chiefs football team won the Pop WarnerSuper Bowl in Orlando Fl, We also were runner up in 2005.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
