About Keith

I adapt to each students capabilities, and learning style. You get great instruction from an experienced coach, who is detailed and informational.

Helping others reach their goal is a joy that is hard to explain. I can say that when I invest my time and energy into a students training my success is judged by how helpful I was in getting them to their goal.

I started with helping , and as I was finishing my last year at MCC the coach at the time George Jackson suggested I take coachong/teaching more serious.

I played 2 years of juco. I have been on staff with NJ Bulldogs aau program for the past 7 years working with beginners to advanced skill level.

About the lesson

Once i know what the student is looking for I draft a workout with a warmup included to that tends to these needs. If the task is too difficult i break it down to make it easier to execute.

I have worked with students as young and inexperienced as 2nd grade to college students with advanced skill training.

I would recommend they choose someone they feel comfortable with.
