About Jordan
I have 3 years of personal training and currently own 2 9Round 30 minute kickboxing studios with the 3rd one set to open later this year. Before getting into personal training I played professional baseball for 5 years in the Houston Astros organization.
i have been around fitness my whole life and wanted to spread my knowledge and expertise. I love helping people reach their fitness goals and having fun doing it.
With my program you will gain 1 on 1 coaching, have a guided nutrition program and have a heart rate monitor system to track every workout!
