About Troy
I specialize in accommodation my goal is to keep u fit for life! not just for the summer! I train according to the limits & efforts of my clients. I get to know my client understand they're goals & expectations for training with me. I then will design a personal workout program just for that individual instructing,guiding pushing them to be a better person! it's you vs you! I can help you become a better,stronger,healthier you! I am certified through the National personal training institute of Cleveland, I also obtain a certificate from the International fitness association where I'm certified in group class step,boxing & strength training.I have over 15 yrs of experience I'm also a boxing instructor @ Title boxing for the Highland hts & Solon Oh area.
