About Neila
I became a personal trainer in 2001 following 23 years of physical limitations from a bicycle accident 28 years before. I am passionate about educating my clients so they can make decisions for themselves regarding nutrition and exercise. I developed a love of kickboxing in 2011 when I lost 30 lbs in a kickboxing class. I began to teach a self-developed exercise program for weight loss, strength training and conditioning, and a nutrition program for food planning and dietary concerns. My education is in Biology; I am a certified fitness professional with certifications in Mobility and Flexibility, Coaching Lifts (weights), and Nutrition (DOT), and a personal history of ballet, horseback riding, kickboxing, and weight training. I have a facebook page Body By Bala and Neila Krauss Bala which I use mostly to post positivity. I work out of a facility in Mineola, NY, and in Deer Park, NY and also will come to your home or corporate office. I am available at any time and have been known to be on the gym floor with clients at midnight and 3:00 a.m. as well as all other times. I promote education, nutrition, and a passion for making your health the primary concern.
