About Damin

I have learned most of my knowledge from experience and I believe that is the best way to understand. If there is one way to do something I believe there are 3 other ways to do them even better.

It is unique and fulfilling. We live in a fast-paced world and things are constantly changing, meaning there is ALWAYS something new to learn, the more you know, the more opportunities there are for you. The thing I enjoy the most though is learning from each other!

My mother worked for a tutoring company and I started to fill in for a few of her tutors when I was 16. Ever since then I have been teaching people of all different backgrounds anything that falls into my area of expertise.

Graduated from Quinnipiac University with a 3.8 GPA and a degree in Marketing. I have been working in the Marketing and Business Industry for 4 years now. For the past 6 years, I have been a tutor in various different subjects and have worked with a diverse group of people and students.

About the lesson

Understanding and talking through the big picture first, then diving into specific details. This helps the student to keep their eye on the end goal and understanding that everything that is done is for a reason.

Every kind of student! A 7-year-old who wanted to learn the basics of becoming an entrepreneur and business person, a 19-year-old in college who wanted to get an A in some business courses, which they did. I have even worked with middle-aged people to teach them marketing technology methods. Everyone can learn no matter their age or educational background.

Find someone who is patient and willing to work with you and engage with you. I believe that the best way to learn things is first-hand experiences and that takes a lot of trial and error. Be patient and find the right person who will let you be wrong and learn from the mistakes.

I usually work on a per hour basis of $60 but I am very flexible with the student. The importance is to learn, the pricing is can be worked out.
