About Nour
"You have two hands, one for helping yourself, the other for helping others." Throughout highschool and undergrade I have always been passionate about helping people in anyway or form. I have been an active volunteer in many fields including animal shelters, community gardens, hospitals and tutoring.
A little more about me: I graduated with my bachelor's in biomedical sciences at the University of Central Florida.
During college I also received my Teaching English as a Foreign Language certification.
I tutored chemistry and biology for 2 years during college.
Also in the beginning of qurantine, when students were told to stay home, I tutored several middle school students in various subjects to help them adjust.
Knowledge is power. Malcom X said it best, "education is the passport to the future, for tomorrow belongs to those who prepare for it today".
As a child of immigrant, I understand and appreciate the beauty and importance of education. The opporunity to help students reach their highest potential is the most fulfilling part of this job.
