About Moni

Many students find organic chemistry challenging. I have found that this is often due to how the subject matter is presented. I look forward to helping you ease into organic chemistry with helpful one-on-one guidance and use of modern visual aids.

I am passionate about Organic Chemistry. I look forward to sharing my love and knowledge of the subject with students looking to do well in the courses!

I fell in love with organic chemistry when I took my first high level course. It was like solving puzzles for which you have to apply all your previuos knowledge, abstract thinking, and creativity.

Many students find organic chemistry challenging. I have found that this is often due to how the subject matter is presented. I look forward to helping you ease into organic chemistry with helpful one-on-one guidance and use of modern visual aids.

I have taken Organic Chemistry I and II as well as Organic Synthesis (graduate level organic chemistry course).

About the lesson

The first step is to determine a student's specific needs, what they already know and what they need help with. I tailor each session to the needs and goals of the student and focus on the areas they need the most help with.

I've worked with highschool and college students.

The first two years of organic chemistry are often difficult for many students because of the large amount of information the are required to know and memorize. There are no shortcuts but finding a tutor than can explain complex and confusing concepts in ways that students can understand and digest is essential for good results.

When I got the opportunity to do research with a professor in organic chemistry.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
What aspects of organic chemistry are the most confusing and diffcult for me? Are there any topics that I have diffulty grasping even after trying to study and practice on my own? What topics do I easily understand and comprehend?
