About Emily
Hello everyone! My name is Emily Simcox and I am a sophomore at Ball State majoring in Biology/Premed and minoring in Spanish. I am employed at Ball State's Learning Center as a tutor fro anatomy and would love to help others out with science courses!
I enjoy getting to help other students succeed in their classes and helping them enjoy the learning process. I believe everyone is capable of doing well in their classes and it is important to find out the best learning styles and study strategies for students because everyone learns differently.
I began tutoring in high school by helping my friends in their classes as well as coaching younger kids in sports. In college, I began tutoring as a job and have loved getting to help other students succeed.
I am a sophomore in college with experience in several science courses up to the 300 level. I also have experience tutoring and I currently work for Ball State's Learning Center tutoring for college courses.
