At Minerva, the third fastest-growing app according to the Financial Times, I played a crucial role as a Quantitative Developer. I implemented a filtering mechanism using Python to select relevant financial news sources based on users' investment portfolios. Additionally, I pioneered a cutting-edge NLP algorithm for accurate sentiment analysis of financial news articles, achieving an exceptional 86% accuracy in predicting stock trends.
During my internship at Amazon Web Services (AWS), I developed a ticket classifier using Python and natural language processing (NLP) algorithms. This solution led to a significant drop in "Mean Time taken to resolve" and a spike in "First Call Resolution," ultimately enhancing customer support efficiency.
