About Ivan
I love computer science and problem solving using TI.
I am very patient and cover everything from the basis. I teach at an University at the Undergraduate Level in Computer Science.
I worked in software development and have clear ideas of the latest industry trends.
I do research in the Urban Computing Area.

I became a teacher as part of a government program where you get scholarships and you have to teach in exchange. It first started as an obligation, but I did realize I love teaching and I haven't stop teaching since then.
I Lecture in Computer Science at an Undergrate Level at a University.

I first ask them what they want to learn and what is the motivation to learn that topic.
I also ask about what previous knowledge they have to build upon that.
I normally work with people 17 years and older. Most of my students are passionate for IT and are 17 - 25 years old.
Make sure you hire someone that is patient, that loves the topic and that is willing to listen and also learn from your experiences.
I had an student graduate with a topic that push our research project further in the Urban Computing area.
