About Ieasha

I had to Reinvent myself after some hardships but the one thing I knew how to always do was make people happy with my food and that's what we do...we cook with love and hard work.

I Always start by finding out what you know about the kitchen things you have made, cooking utensils that you are familiar with and unfamiliar with. What it is you're hoping to get from the cooking lesson.

I am a self-taught chef. I have been creating beautiful meals for over 20 years. I have worked for other caterers, until 2016 where I started my own company.

About the lesson

Cooking is an Art form and I am a true believer that everyone can can cook it just takes patience. I love to start with what they already have in the fridge because those are the items that they are familiar with.

I have worked with all types of people. I have worked with some who have absolutely no cooking skills. Persons who can cook but would like to learn new things other than sloppy Joe and tacos. I have worked with ones that know their cuisines but have no idea how to create them on their own.

My advice for someone looking to hire a cooking instructor would be to really know what it is you're looking for. Are you looking to just learn a few more techniques in the kitchen? Are you wanting to really put on a show for those you love? These are things you should really think about when hiring a teacher. Do you want it to be fun or do you want it to just be question and answer type deal?

Well because of Covid I have not been able to do many events. I have been able to volunteer my services to some programs to help feed some in need. I truly believe just because a person has fallen on hard times does not mean that they are willing to eat just anything and so when I prepare a meal I don't prepare it according to the person in the circumstances but according to what I would eat what I would enjoy.

Details

If you just want to learn how to cook a meal for the family or significant other I charge $50 an hour per session without ingredients using only what you have or $100 an hour per session with ingredients that I have brought with me for you to create something different.

If it is a gathering of 5 or more people I charge $25 per person per session without ingredients and $35 per person per session with ingredients
