About Linda
I love incorporating holistic and integrative nutrition into all of my education, whether I'm giving a one time workshop, a series of classes or even throwing a dinner party! When it comes down to it, my motto is simply, to create delicious, healthy, budget friendly and easy to make meals, everyone can enjoy and create on their own!
I was a camp counselor in high school and college and every week we had Special Interest Group. I always fought to teach the cooking classes and then I also created daily cooking classes for my own group of camp kids. Over a decade later, I finally figured out I could actually make a career out of something that gave me so much pleasure and joy.
I am a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners and carry an Integrative Health Coach Certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I have been teaching culinarny and education classes for over 2 decades to adults, youth, families and even the elderly.
