About Massaiti
I am a sushi chef with 15 years of experience. I lived in Japan for 11 years and am now working in Miami. I owned two Japanese restaurants and have worked at Sushi Chef in Coral Gables where I received my Food Managers Certification. I am passionate about teaching sushi because I believe everyone is capable of becoming a master sushi chef. My pricing includes all ingredients and a thorough instruction on the preparation of rice, fish and sushi assembly.
For me, preparing Japanese food is a pleasure and I am very grateful when people smile and tell me the food was great. Making sushi has introduced me to many wonderful people and it is a pleasure to bond over delicious food. I want to share that feeling of joy and pride to my students.
