About Lori
The part of my job that makes this so exciting is that I love cooking and getting to teach someone how to better themselves in a happy tasty way makes me happy.
I taught myself how to cook at a very young age because I did not have female/male role models to show me these kinds of things and I love showing people how to perfect their favorite dishes and showing them how to make it their own because that's what cooking is all about.
I wanted to show people that there is someone here to teach you what you could have never thought you would have know.
I've taken cooking classes all through high school and some through college until I just decided to branch off on my own. I have my food handlers license and my TABC license.

The typical process for working with a new student, is to take things slow and start with the basics and fundamentals of cooking. Cooking is all about taking your time, you don't want to rush your food because it will end up tasting bad just like I don't want to rush my students because it will make them bad.
I've worked with couples, elderly, moms, and men who want to learn for their wife.
Look for someone that you feel will take their time with you and willing to work with you.
