Perfect! Dave was a great chef and teacher! I was planning a birthday surprise and gave Dave a few ideas of what ingredients & flavors my date might like - Dave came back with perfect, on-point recommendations. He was professional and fun throughout the whole process and we came away with lots of kitchen protips and fun facts about Moroccan cuisine. They even took pictures of us while we cooked. We loved every dish we made and they packed it all up for us at the end (along with extras of the spices we used) - the leftovers lasted us for days! We had a great time - highly recommend.
