About Amanda
I am a classically trained chef, a health care professional for over eight years, a sports nutritionist and certified personal trainer with a specialization in exercise therapy. I help individuals who need adaptive training due to health issues or injuries. I also offer cooking instruction for those who may need help in the kitchen. In addition I am also a licensed esthetician who can provide information on skin care routines.
