About Sadie
The Conscious Cook hosts different cooking instructors who teach various classes, all with a nutrition focus. For over 13 years our classes teach nutrition education and healthy food preparation, with dietary needs in mind, such as gluten free and vegan. The Conscious Cook was awarded Best Cooking Schools in 2015 and Best Cooking Teachers in 2017.

Certified Nutritional Consultant (CNC), 2010 from Natural Healing Institute Encinitas, CA.
