Come dance on the most comfortable dance floor in the state! Same floor as what's on "Dancing With The Stars!"

Our large, 5,000 square foot studio is located right in the heart of downtown Rochester! A beautiful city that gets you moving and grooving!

Owned by professional dancers and musicians alike, you are sure to have a fun and energetic experience here! All of our instructors have over 12 years of professional, high quality dance teaching experience. We are proud to say that we are a US Veteran Owned Business.

Available for private lessons 6 days a week and we also provide group lessons and weekly studio parties to practice your skills. Our studio is also available for event rentals for any occasion.

As a veteran owned business, and owned by professional dancers and musicians, we understand the importance of not only trying something new to get out of your comfort zone, but the many health benefits that ballroom dancing can provide. We love what we do because dance and music has always been a part of our lives and we feel that it can enrich the lives of so many. We love when new students come to us and after just the 1st lesson, their face lights up with excitement and enthusiasm! We love creating a place where people can come together to enjoy this exciting hobby!

About the lesson

We offer an introductory package that is customized to the student's goals in mind. Whether learning for fun as a new hobby, or for a wedding or for even more, such as dance showcases and competitions, we tailor the lesson plans to help reach everyone's goals. The Intro Package includes 3 Private Lessons and an admission into our Tuesday night open dance practice party.
