About Sophia

Sophia's lessons provide instruction for adults and after-school youth, and teens. Each category I will be teaching, I have many years of experience in. Rather you are preparing for you next big competition, or you just want to improve. I am here to help! I love fitness, and dance. I did dance and track in college. I have 15+ years in dancing, hip hop, contemporary and cheerleading. I ran track in college and I have 7+ years of experience. I specialized in sprints and hurdles. I love to compete and it is my hobby and passion to help someone else be as good and love these sports as much as I do.

I enjoy providing skills that I have learned along the way. Fashion, Dance, and Fitness are all genres that I have spent many years perfecting. For this, it is my pleasure to share my skills with others to help them conquer a goal that they may have.

I got started in these genres as a young child and continued to train. I then begin providing services and teaching on my own.

I have over 8 years of experience in fashion and styling. Along with my masters in Fashion Merchandisie and Management.

I have over 10 years of experience in Track and Field and many years of personal training. I also had a scholarship to run track in college.

I have over 10 years of dance experience, both performing and teaching step, christian modern, and in studios teaching competitive hip hop and contemparary.

About the lesson

When working with new clients, I first talk to them about their goals, what they are looking to get out of my services and any pointers, likes or dislikes that I may need to know. From there, I will have them begin the basics and go from there.

I have worked with a wide range of students. From ages 3 to adults. I have also worked with special educated students as well.
