About Anisha

I am currently a teacher, so I am up to date on current standards, methods, and trends according to what I see in my own classroom and school. I have a certification here in Georgia, as well as New Jesey. I take courses and trainings every year to keep up with new strategies and concepts.

I strive to focus on the concepts rather than the procedure to ensure that students are building the foundation, instead of just memorizing the material.

I also want to meet your student where they are. It is more beneficial for them to grow from where they are, rather than from where they need to be.

As your child's tutor, I will ensure they each session is purposeful and meaningful towards their growth. I will do this is a fun way, bring joy and love for learning, so they enjoy their session and still learn what they need to.

I have been teaching since forever- teaching my younger cousins, neighbors, volunteering at my local elemenary school and helping peers out throughout my educational career. So, it is evident that I absolutely love teaching. I know it was my calling to become a teacher because seeing a student understand something for the first time is something that I will never take for granted. I have a passion for education, and I hope that you will allow me to be part of your child's education and help them succeed!
