About Scarlet

Focused on reading, writing, and test-taking skills for the Texas state standardized test. Let us focus on the things that help you understand "how" to take the test, such as percentages of the categories and working through what is being asked of you to master in those sections. There is a strategy and a formula to it all. I want to show you how to see it and work smarter, not harder.

I have taught EOC classes for students who have issues with STAAR standards, as well as 4 years of STAAR boot camp that focuses solely on essay writing.

I love what I do!

I have worked in 4 different High schools and loved every moment of it. I love reading the classics with students and showing them the stories within the story that they have never paid attention to before. Watching our young adults gain skills is what I live for!!

I started as a sub and loved the job so much I went to college to make it a career! This is more than a job to me.

I have a BA in English and I am currently working on my masters in teaching with technology.
