About Regina
From a young age, I was told I had a gift for writing though at the time I believed I hated it. As I got older, went through school in all advanced classes, then AP classes, and eventually excelled in communications at the collegiate level I finally realized, why not keep doing that I'm good at.
Essay writing came easy to me and I began helping college students and even a few high school students writing resumes, cover letters, creative writing, short stories, and even college admission essays.
I discovered that while I'm excellent at writing, my real excitement comes from helping others. So here I am!
I have a Bachelor of Science in Communications with a focus in English.
I was a Resident Assistant to 32 students per semester for 3 years while at university. During my time as an RA, I would help recreate resumes, cover letters, and even Reconstruct essays.
As people saw my success at a young age, students both locally and far would ask for my help completing an AP English Essay and/or help them write their College Admission Essay. I was always happy to help.

1. First I look into where their frustrations are. I'm not too far removed from the student life and I know it's hard to focus on mastering a new skill when you're not feeling too confident about it.
2. Then I try to identify their areas of strength and where they have room for improvement.
3. Then I have them take a brief (trust me I do not have a great attention span for quizzes so I mean brief) learning style quiz so that not only do I know how to approach their challenges but I can lead them to learn something about themselves that will help them be successful long after their sessions with me.
4. From there, we get to work!

My rate is $20/ hour.
In this hour we get a lot done and you can continue or schedule hours as needed. My goal isn't to keep you long and have you pay more, ideally rather, you'd spend a short or extended period of time with me until you no longer need me. Only then have I done my job.
