About Sabrena
I celebrate learning with my students. It is exciting to see them learn. I try to incorporate multicultural teaching, especially amongst the spanish speaking students because it makes them more comfortable with learning English. I am sensitive to their individual needs.
Teaching is a joy in itself. I enjoy the diversity of students and watching their confidence grow in what they're learning. I enjoy learning from them as well.
I started with homeschooling and tutoring my students. The Spanish community is a big part of my life. As I learned about their language and culture, I began teaching them English and about my culture.
I have a BA in Creative Writing and English with focus on Fiction. I also have a TESOL certification/120 hours. I have teaching experince in homeschooling and tutoring.
