My son looks forward to his fencing every week. This program is run in a very well thought out and structured way. The coach puts in a lot of effort for every single class, from techniques, games, and education on the history of fencing. There are goals that have been set up for those that may wish to achieve each step but is totally optional. My son however loves trying to reach those goals and is rewarded with a certificate and a badge to go on his jacket once reached.. They are also taught sportsmanship and honor. I enjoy as a parent taking my child and staying to watch. This is a fantastic group and I thank the coach for all the efforts that are put forth for each class she holds.

Jo is an excellent coach. She connects with the kids extremely well and teaches them while having fun at the same time. My boys have been fencing with her for years and we wouldn’t choose anyone else to coach them.
