Hi! I’m Thanusha, a biotechnology student with a strong passion for mathematics and teaching. I believe that math is not just about numbers—it’s about problem-solving, logical thinking, and real-world applications. I enjoy breaking down complex concepts into simple, understandable steps to help students build confidence and excel in their studies. Teaching allows me to share my knowledge, inspire students, and make learning enjoyable. I want to help PT3 students overcome their challenges in math, improve their problem-solving skills, and achieve their academic goals. Let’s learn together and make math fun!

I focus on building a strong foundation in mathematical concepts while making learning engaging and interactive. My teaching methodology includes step-by-step explanations, real-life applications, and problem-solving techniques to help students understand and retain concepts effectively. I also use visual aids, practice exercises, and past year papers to reinforce learning. Each lesson typically lasts 1 to 1.5 hours, starting with a quick revision, followed by concept explanation, guided practice, and a short quiz to assess understanding. I have experience in tutoring and mentoring students, along with strong mathematical skills which I use to create structured notes and exercises. My lessons are designed for primary (Standard 4, 5 & 6) and PT3 students (Form 1 to Form 3, ages 13–15) who need help with understanding concepts, improving problem-solving skills, or preparing for exams. Whether they struggle with math or want to enhance their skills, I tailor my approach to suit their learning needs.
